What is causing this to not work and send out the emails?

Hello,
I am hoping for some assistance.I have version 3.0.6 and have created an Advertising Campaign to send out and did test sends to one and five emails no issues at all. Then I even sent a campaign to all users on a signup list (10 users) this processed fine and even the statistics overview worked fine. I then created another to send out to a larger signup list of 198 users, when I clicked on the Send campaign button it went to the next page and in 1 second it said - resume processing - Done. Very weird I clicked on resume and nothing, I went to the statistics and nothing there, no errors at all anywhere. I had two of my own emails in the list also an no email received. What is causing this to not work and send out the emails?
Ideas on how to fix this issue? .I don't want to overwrite any records that they already have in place.
Any help will be appreciated.
