I have a question for you about the Activities that MassMailer logs under Salesforce contacts.
I am wondering if MassMailer can have a setting for the default Activity Type or the default Activity Record Type for the Activities that it log as Activity History under Salesforce contacts.
It is too clumsy to mix MassMailer activities with other regular activities all together for one contact. If MassMailer can use specific activity type or record type, it will be possible for us to sort activities.
