MassMailer Help Center

For Creating Reports on MassMailer Email Status for Lead ( or Contact ), follow certain steps :

1. Go to Reports tab --> Click on New Report.
2. Click on Other Reports --> Choose MassMailer Email Status with Lead ( or Contact ).
3. Create Matrix Type Report.
4. Drag and Drop Lead : First Name field in row grouping from Lead : General.
5. Drag and Drop Event in column grouping from MassMailer status : info.
6. Drag and Drop other fields like Date_Time , Email etc as shown in "Report" Screenshot.

Please create a report with MassMailer Status with Lead./ Contact not with MassMailer Statistics  with Lead./ Contact
