MassMailer supports the following reports using the Standard Salesforce Reports.
You can navigate to the 'Reports' Tab -> Search for the 'MassMailer Reports' folder to look at the specific reports.
MassMailer Email Status with Outreach
This report lists out all the email status values such as opens, clicks that are related to the MassMailer Outreach records.
