MassMailer Email Template Builder creates the templates in a responsive format. If you copy the text from a different rich text editing source (such as MS Word, Google Docs), the actual format may not be the same when you receive the email. In order to keep the responsiveness of the emails, we don't recommend you copy the text from a different rich text editing source but type it manually or get it from a simple text editing source such as notepad.
