Why does the Process Builder fire off multiple emails? Print

If any of your Process Builder is firing off multiple emails for 'Email via MassMailer' apex class action it means that the filter criteria that you have selected may not have the firm criteria to fire off the event only once.

There are two things that you should do:

1. Make sure that any filter criteria that you have are being checked if it is changed or not.

2. Make sure that you enable the following option in your filter criteria step.
