If you are experiencing problems with MassMailer Advanced Template Builder not loading, you can resolve the problem by following the instructions listed below. The builder often fails to load properly due to privacy security settings on any extensions. There's also a possibility that antivirus software is causing problems with the Template Builder's load.


  1. Turn off any browser extension
  2. Enable JavaScript on the browser
  3. Enable pop-up for browser



1. Turn off any browser extensions:-

  1. Select Extensions Settings.
  2. Locate the extension that you wish to turn off.
  3. Disable the toggle for that specific extension.


There is a workaround if you don't want to disable the extension: modify the 'Site Access Settings' such that the extension is enabled for 'Any Specific Site' or 'On Click'.


For the same, kindly follow the instructions below.

  1. Open the Extension settings.
  2. Click on the 'Details' for the particular extensions.
  3. Navigate to the 'Site Access' options.
  4. It's defaulted to 'On all Sites', change the settings to either 'On specific site' or 'On Click'.
  5. If you choose the 'On Specific Site' option, you can enter the URL of any specific website that needs the extension. 
  6. After that, once you reload the page the Template Builder page should then load as intended.



2. Enable javascript of browser:-

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click on '3 dots' and search for settings.
  3. Click on 'Settings'.
  4. Click on 'Privacy and Security'.
  5. Click on 'Site Settings'.
  6. Click on 'JavaScripts'.
  7. Select 'Sites can use Javascript'.



3. How to enable Pop up for Chrome:-

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click on '3 dots' and search for settings.
  3. Click on 'Settings'.
  4. Click on 'Privacy and Security'.
  5. Click on 'Site Settings'.
  6. Click on 'Pop-ups and redirects'. 
  7. Select the 'Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects' option to enable all the popup.
