If you have more than 10K leads or contacts you want to validate, you can do the same by adding them to a campaign and splitting the campaign into 10K sub-campaigns.
Then, you can validate each sub-campaign individually.
Users can split the campaign members up to 10k records.
Once the campaign members are added to a campaign, follow the instructions below.
Navigate to the Campaign sub-tab.
Open the respective campaign.
Click on the ‘Split Campaigns’ button. As shown in the image below, this button must be added to the page layout.
Enter the ‘Number’ in the field and click the ‘OK’ button. The default value is 1. The limit is 10K, meaning only 10K records can be validated simultaneously.
You can split the campaign as per your requirements. Thus, a Campaign Hierarchy will be created, as shown in the image below.
Open every Campaign Hierarchy one by one and click on MassMailer Verify.
