Helps evaluate campaign efficiency (e.g., open rate, click rate)
Updates every 15 minutes
2.3 Real-Time Statistics
Tracks events instantly (opens, clicks, bounces)
Event-driven via SendGrid integration
Provides drill-down to individual recipients
Not stored for reporting → view-only in Outreach UI
