1. Overview

MassMailer provides three types of statistics within Salesforce CRM to analyze email campaign performance:

  • Outreach (Batch) Statistics

  • Performance Statistics

  • Real-Time Statistics

2. Types of Statistics

2.1 Outreach (Batch) Statistics

  • High-level campaign metrics (delivered, opens, clicks, bounces)

  • Displays aggregate values only

  • Updates every 15 minutes

  • Stored in Outreach object → usable in Salesforce reports

2.2 Performance Statistics

  • Same metrics as batch but shown as percentages

  • Helps evaluate campaign efficiency (e.g., open rate, click rate)

  • Updates every 15 minutes

2.3 Real-Time Statistics

  • Tracks events instantly (opens, clicks, bounces)

  • Event-driven via SendGrid integration

  • Provides drill-down to individual recipients

  • Not stored for reporting → view-only in Outreach UI
