Your Salesforce Organization ID is the unique identifier for your Salesforce identity. Could you include this ID when opening cases with MassMailer Support?


Your production environment's organization ID is different from your Sandbox Organization ID. A new ID is established whenever a Sandbox is refreshed.


Salesforce Classic:

  1. Click Salesforce Setup (It may be under your name or somewhere on the top right).
  2. In the left side nav section, search for 'Company Information'
  3. Below the Administer heading, click Company Profile.
  4. Click Company Information.
  5. Locate your Salesforce.com Organization ID.



Salesforce Lightning:


  1. Click on the Gear icon in the top right
  2. Click Setup 
  3. Search for 'Company Information' in the left-hand side section through Quick Find.
  4. Below the Company Settings heading, click Company Information
  5. Locate your Salesforce.com Organization ID.
