Your Salesforce Organization ID is the unique identifier for your Salesforce identity. Include this ID when opening cases with MassMailer Support.


The Organization ID of your production environment is different than your Sandbox Organization ID. Whenever a Sandbox is refreshed, a new ID is established.


Salesforce Classic:

  1. Click Salesforce Setup (It may be under under your name or somewhere on the top right).
  2. In the left side nav section, search for 'Company Information'. 
  3. Below the Administer heading, click Company Profile.
  4. Click Company Information.
  5. Locate your Salesforce.com Organization ID.



Salesforce Lightning:


  1. Click on the Gear icon the top right
  2. Click Setup 
  3. Search for 'Company Information' in the left hand side section through Quick Find.
  4. Below the Company Settings heading, Click Company Information
  5. Locate your Salesforce.com Organization ID.
