You can remove the MassMailer Ad that gets displayed at the final step of Mass Email Wizard by following the steps below.

Navigate to Salesforce Setup -> Quick Find 'Custom Settings' -> Click on Manage link next to 'Custom Site URL'

Click on Edit link next to 'Site URL'

Click on 'Edit' button on the custom settings details page

Uncheck 'Ad' checkbox and click on the Save button
